The Blue River Group, LLC is based in the United States and as of January 1, 2020 the date this policy privacy policy was written, only conducts business in the U.S.  The information we collect is governed by U.S. law. If you are accessing the Service from outside of the United States, please be aware that information collected through the Service will be transferred to, and processed, and used in the United States. The data protection laws in the United States may be different from those of the country in which you are located. Additional Disclosures for Users In California

These “Additional Disclosures for California Customers” apply only to customers who are residents of the state of California, and to the personal information of those residents.
