Phil Pilgrim started his career as a carpenter and will be quick to tell you, “he’s hung more doors than you will ever walk through.” Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Phil brings 48 years of construction experience to The Blue River Group. He’s worked in various market sectors, including mission-critical and higher education facilities, on projects ranging in size up to 45 million dollars. Phill had previously worked with The Blue River Group’s president Jonathan Clay in 1993 before starting work with The Blue River Group in 2013.

His expertise lies in planning urban renovations and working in campus environments in addition to developing a healthy team approach to job completion.
