Kelly and Jonathan Clay have known Michael Stearns for over ten years, first getting to know him through his various volunteer commitments in the community. 

Michael has held many titles and positions, gaining an incredible amount of experience and knowledge in jobs ranging from his tour of duty in Iraq during Operation Desert Storm, a paraprofessional for the Dekalb County School District, a Police Animal Welfare Officer, a Commercial Property Inspector, and Repair Consultant, as well as a content writer for NoRisk SEO. Michael’s varied experiences, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude have been a great benefit to The Blue River Group. Hired in 2018 as the Office Manager and Project Administrator, never backing away from a challenge, Michael continues to excel at his job growing and learning about the commercial construction industry’s complexities.  In 2021, Michael was promoted to Project Specialist.
