While still in college, Kelly launched her career in construction administration working with Barton Malow. Earning her undergraduate and graduate degree, Kelly received her PHR certification in 1996 and developed and implemented policies for fortune 500 companies. She continued to gain knowledge and experience in the construction field, working with The Blue River Group’s founders. During this time, Kelly expanded her business knowledge to include contract administration and business and marketing development for the higher education and mission-critical market sectors. She joined The Blue River Group in 2004, assisting with the company’s start-up by developing corporate policies in addition to marketing and business development. After starting her family, Kelly rejoined The Blue River Group in 2016, taking on a substantial company ownership position. She serves on the board of directors as Vice President, providing insight and direction in determining The Blue River Group’s path forward.
