Project managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from planning and budgeting to implementation and a strong finish that meets time and quality demands. Our projects are usually in highly technical environments that must remain functional during the entirety of the project. This position requires a minimum of five years of project management experience.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, along with a good understanding of construction processes and procedures. Strong background in MEP required.

As an Assistant Project Manager, your main role is to support the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from planning to completion. To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, along with a good understanding of construction processes and procedures. Time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail are critical. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience with advancing construction experience. Strong background in MEP preferred.

Of course, the main responsibility of a superintendent is to oversee and manage construction projects. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in managing teams and construction activities while ensuring quality and timely completion of projects. Our projects are usually in highly technical environments that must remain functional during the entirety of the project. This position requires a minimum of five years of superintendent experience. Strong background in MEP required. Attention to detail is a must.
