Under this delivery method, The Blue River Group becomes 100% responsible for the design and construction; thereby minimizing the inherent risks typically associated with a construction project while providing a completed facility that meets our client’s design intent. This is an appealing aspect to many of our clients as it allows The Blue River Group to handle the intricacies and minutia of the construction process while allowing their staff to concentrate on their core business.

Although The Blue River Group has no licensed design professionals on staff, all of the principals have experience managing Design-Build projects. Instead, we team with appropriate design partners who are skilled in the particular market sector and building type desired by our clients. In most instances, The Blue River Group utilizes firms with which we have developed long term relationships, and fully understand their design capabilities and methods. We believe the combination of working with long term partners coupled with the appropriate firm for the required project best allows The Blue River Group to bring maximum value to our clients under the Design-Build delivery process.
